Cancellation Policy:
You understand this event is completely free, contingent upon your attendance. By not attending this event, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of $1,495, which will be charged on August 23rd, 2021. If you do not attend and your card is charged, you will receive a full credit towards a future course within ONE calendar year.

If you cancel within one week of registration, you will not be charged. All cancellations made beyond 7 days of registration will receive a credit towards a future course within ONE calendar year.

Video Release:
I grant permission to the International Academy of Sleep to use any video footage from this event, including any video testimonials I record, in their marketing materials.

Due to high demand and limited capacity, we must hold your credit card in the event of a cancellation. If you attend the event, we will not charge your card. If you do not attend the event, your card will be charged $1,495 on August 23rd, 2021, which is the standard charge for all Preview Events. We will honor your cancellation fee as a credit to any future public-facing IAOS event.
